March 2023 – February 2025 – Yacht Management assistant, Burgess (London)

As a Yacht Management Assistant, I played a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and administration of luxury yachts, ensuring smooth management and high service standards. My responsibilities included: operational support; crew coordination: helped with crew scheduling, payroll management, and recruitment, maintaining an efficient and professional team; client & owner relations: acted as a liaison between yacht owners, captains, and management teams, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service; regulatory compliance: supported in handling documentation, certifications, and regulatory requirements to meet maritime industry standards.

Managing a team of stewardesses in day-to-day tasks, including service and housekeeping. Supervising the Shipyard personnel during the refit periods, provisioning, inventorying the boat, stock management, placing orders, training new stewardesses, writing job lists and following/supervising tasks. English-Russian/Russian-English translations (written, verbal), liaising with Head chef during meal services. Silver service, Russian service, buffet service, wine service, cocktail making.

June 2017 - Sept 2017 Second Stewardess / Chief Relief, Crazy Me – 50m private yacht

Responsible for the training (service, housekeeping, laundry) and supervising 2 other stewardesses on board. Writing and following weekly/ monthly worklists for interior crew during vessel owners off time and pre-charter preparations. I was responsible for wine/spirit presentation and stock inventories, uniform issuing and stock/inventory management as well as placing orders for uniform, food, beverages and spirits.

Jan 2017 – Apr 2017Senior Service Stewardess, Amadea - 106m private yacht

Responsible for setting up the boat interior during a busy new build, launch and maiden voyage. Including supervising and implementing service operations during the shipyard and the delivery to the Owner.
I was creating presentations with translations for the management company (Eng.- Rus, menus, wine, spirits, uniform etc.), setting up provision lists for the Owner, wine and spirit menus. Writing check lists, service flows for service team. Organisation and set up of interior space, pantries.
Once operational, I was responsible for table settings, meal services, communication with galley and liaising with chefs, managing tea services, etc, such as stocks management and orders placing.

June 2014 – Nov 2015 Chief Stewardess, HAIIA – San Lorenzo SL118 – 37m private yacht

Followed the new build process of the boat by organising the interior storage locations, strategical equipment location for efficient flow of service, organising crew areas and preparing/detailing the yacht after shipyard to get it ready for immediate full season. Writing lists and placing orders for the full boat set up. My duties during the season were: silver service, Russian service, table decoration, BBQ island trips, provisioning and cooking for crew, stocks management. Team management, up to 7 stewardesses during big dinners and events (Formula 1 Grand prix parties, Fool Moon parties at Mykonos Island etc).

During the winter with Guests on board I was responsible for table settings, meal services, table decoration, cooking for crew, housekeeping, laundry, placing orders for food, cleaning products, beverages, spirits etc, and stocks management.

During my first contract at Sea, I was responsible for table settings, meal & beverage service, wine & spirits service. I followed crew mess duties and organisation.
