Motivation letter
I am writing to express my interest in the advertised position. With a Master’s degree in Philology (Applied Linguistics), specialising in strategic communications analytics and translation, and professional experience in analytical research within leading Ukrainian NGOs, I have developed a strong foundation in evidence-based analysis, structured reporting, and stakeholder-oriented communication.
I am especially motivated by the opportunity to contribute my analytical expertise to socially significant and humanitarian initiatives. I am confident that my experience in research, monitoring-related analysis, and NGO collaboration would allow me to effectively support programme implementation, learning processes, and evidence-informed decision-making within your organisation. I am comfortable working independently, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining strong professional relationships with partners and stakeholders.
My expected gross monthly salary is approximately 40,000–45,000 UAH, though I remain open to discussion depending on the scope of responsibilities and overall compensation package.

Thank you for considering my application. I would welcome the opportunity to further discuss how my background and skills can contribute to your team.

Sincerely, Anton Naumenko
