Work experience:
16.05.2025 – till now - MHPSS Officer in «Family health international» («FHI360»).
Key responsibilities:
- team management: provided daily supervision and line management for psychologists in mobile
teams,
- program development: coordinated the integration of the MHPSS component and contributed to
the technical development of the program's chatbot,
- operations: conducted needs assessments for communities and beneficiaries, established referral
pathways to specialized services, and ensured compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs),
- coordination & reporting: coordinated weekly reporting submissions from psychologists across all
regions, analyzed data, and assisted in preparing regular reports for donors.
- mhGAP program implementation: co-organized 82 trainings for PHC doctors and non-specialized
staff across 7 regions (2023–2025), covering 1,875 participants. Awarded a Letter of Appreciation
from the Minister of Health of Ukraine (Link). Received a Letter of Appreciation from the Minister of
Health of Ukraine, Viktor Liashko, for significant contribution to the development of the mental health
system (Link).
- departmental achievement: contributed to the department's award-winning performance by
introducing innovations that enhanced service quality, increased productivity, and scaled up program

25.09.2023 – 15.05.2025 – MHPSS associate in international humanitarian organization «Family
health international» («FHI360»).
08.09.2022 – 30.09.2023 – social worker in international humanitarian organization «Doctors
without borders» (headquarters – Belgium). During the work in project called Medical Evacuation
Train more than 3500 sick and injured people of different age were evacuated to west region hospitals
of Ukraine. Monitoring of needs, social and psychological support were given in hospitals of Lviv,
Ternopil, Rivne and Khmelnytsk regions, communication and partnership were established with each
of them.
2020 – co-founder of the Working group in the field of public safety and social cohesion in the
community of Dobropillia. Working groups in the field of public safety and social cohesion as a tool
for community mobilization were initiated by the United Nations Development Program in 2017 within
the framework of the United Nations peacebuilding and reconstruction program.
2014 – 2017 – coordination of the issuance of humanitarian aid from the R. Akhmetov Foundation,
duties – collecting information on the neds of beneficiaries, communication with partners at the places
of humanitarian aid issuance, reporting on the humanitarian aid issued. Coordination of the delivery of
humanitarian aid was carried out in the cities and villages of Dobropilskyi and Oleksandrivskyi districts
of Donetsk region. More than 10,000 people have received humanitarian aid.
01.07.2013 – 31.08.2021 - project manager of NGO «Center for municipal development of
Dobropillia». As part of the organization's activities, projects were implemented in the following areas:
- conducting trainings for residents of Dobropilskyi (currently Pokrovskyi) districts, including
project management and psychosocial support;
- increasing the social activity of the residents of communities in Dobropillia, Bilozeske,
Novodonetske through the competition for mini-grants «Community with your own hands» with the
financial support of the DTEK company. In total, from 2013 to 2020, more than 600 social projects
were sent for consideration, of which more than 200 projects were supported for a total amount of
about 10 million UAH;
- implementation of social development projects, including energy efficiency, provision of medical
services, improvement of public safety and social cohesion.
15.08.2012 - 21.08.2013 - hired in Hannivska secondary school I-III degrees for the position of
practical psychologist and teacher-organizer. From September 5, 2012 to August 21, 2013, was the
Chairman of the methodical association of psychologists of the Dobropilskyi district.

Participant of next trainings:
30.03-10.05.2020 – online course «Social cohesion and conflict reduction in communities». The
course was financed by the Polish-American Freedom Foundation as part of the RITA program -
Changes in the Region implemented by the Education for Democracy Foundation. The course materials
were developed thanks to the internship program of the Prague Civil Society Centre.
01.12-30.12.2023 - training course «Public health in humanitarian crises» from Johns Hopkins
University (USA) on the Coursera educational platform.
04.01.2023 - training course «Supporting the mental health of patients in times of emergency» of
the State Institution Center for Public Health of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
22-29.04.2023 - participant of the Training program for specialists who will work with combat
trauma within the framework of the All-Ukrainian program "Expanding opportunities for veterans and
members of their families" of the USAID project "Economic support of Ukraine" in partnership with
the NGO "Space of opportunities" and the Center for mental health and Forest glade rehabilitation
center of the Ministry of health of Ukraine.
