Chief Accountant (Deputy of CFO) Grain trading, production,
export/import activity, IT services (5 and 7 non direct)
• Prepare Statutory Financial and Tax reports, financial reporting to Head office, month-end and year-end period closing, bookkeeping, timely and due to month-end schedule,
• 2022-2023 organization and launch of a production unit in Izmail (equipment import, logistic and accounting systems setting, cost calculation and split by products and Customers.
• Management Reporting prepare, SG&A budget vs actual analyses,
supporting of transactions under commission agreement. checking that all agreements are compliance with tax rules, discounting under IFRS 16.
• Preparing of local procedure and policies for accounting and tax purpose, corporate policy assistant to Management in actual expenses control,
• Monthly reconciliation of financial statement (Ukrainian and IFRS), inventory reconciliation and losses detail analyses, COGS calculation.
• Accounting System and process improvements and implement (EKA, Sirius), set-up local accounting system (BAS ERP), mapping and chart of accounts reconciliation b/w IFRS and local, interface setting b/w operational and accounting systems.
• VAT reconciliation, support of Tax audit of VAT reimbursement from budget on monthly basis.
• Other reports and duties as per request of CFO, Deferred taxes calculation, credit line monitoring.
• Take part and manage with external and internal Auditor and advisors. Communication with tax authorities, representation of the company` interests during the audits
• Monitoring of new legislation in Transfer Pricing (adopt experience to Ukraine, transfer price policy and annual reporting preparing).
