ABOUT ME
I care most about one thing in support work: making sure the person on the other end feels genuinely heard, not just processed. That might sound simple, but it changes how you read a ticket, how you write a reply, and how you follow up.
My background is a bit unusual — I have worked in a dental practice, medical logistics, agricultural operations, and IT. What ties it together is that every role required me to stay calm, communicate clearly, and take ownership when things went wrong. I speak five languages at C1 level, which means I can actually help customers rather than just apologise and escalate.
I am looking for a remote junior support role where I can grow. I learn fast, I document things properly, and I do not disappear when a problem gets complicated.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Business Analyst · Kompleet Innovations
Baku, Azerbaijan · Aug 2024 – Dec 2025
• Acted as the main point of contact between clients and developers — translating what users actually needed into language engineers could act on, and making sure nothing got lost along the way.
• Managed the incoming flow of user-reported issues: triaged them, set priorities, chased resolutions, and kept people in the loop. No ticket disappeared without a proper answer.
• Ran UAT cycles end-to-end — wrote scenarios, caught bugs before release, and signed off when things were actually ready, not just when a deadline said so.
• Spotted recurring problems and pushed for fixes at the root, not just case-by-case patches.
• Kept documentation clean and current so that anyone joining the team could get up to speed without asking the same questions twice.
Technical Specialist Assistant · Private Practice
Kyiv, Ukraine · Feb 2023 – Jun 2024
• First responder for software and OS issues — triaged problems, resolved what I could, escalated the rest with context already written up so engineers did not have to start from scratch.
• Built and maintained technical documentation and data models used by both technical and non-technical people.
• Kept project files, specs, and version histories organised across multiple parallel workstreams.
Logistics & Operations Assistant · Medical Company
Kyiv, Ukraine · Jun 2021 – Apr 2022
• Coordinated deliveries in a healthcare environment where delays had real consequences — learned to communicate proactively rather than wait for someone to chase.
• Worked directly with suppliers and clinical teams to prevent supply issues before they became emergencies.
Dental Assistant · Private Dental Practice
Kyiv, Ukraine · Jan 2019 – Mar 2021
• Handled patient scheduling, communication, and records — this is where I developed the habit of treating every interaction as if it matters, because in that environment it genuinely did.
• Worked closely with dentists during procedures: precision, reliability, and calm under pressure were non-negotiable.
VOLUNTEERING
Intervention Marshal · Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix
Baku, Azerbaijan · 2024
• Worked trackside during a live F1 race — responded to incidents, maintained communication with control teams, and kept things moving safely when the pressure was high. Good reminder that clear communication under stress is a skill you build, not just something you have.
