I am responsible for the end-to-end Business Intelligence environment, focusing on building stable, scalable and well-documented reporting solutions across multiple business units.

My responsibilities include:
• developing and maintaining central Power BI data models used company-wide
• designing clear KPI logic and aligning definitions with Finance, Sales, HR and Operations
• managing report lifecycle: DEV → PROD, documentation, versioning and access control
• building new analytical reports and improving existing ones based on business needs
• validating data against Oracle-based DWH sources and ensuring accuracy before release
• documenting data structures, transformations and DAX logic for long-term maintainability
