- Governed delivery of 70+ initiatives per year, balancing capacity, risk, and commercial priorities across

- Owned a €2.5M annual delivery budget and governed a €8M, 3-year strategic roadmap for Descartes’
largest client.
- Provided C-level and VP-level reporting and steering, supporting executive decisions on roadmap
sequencing, risk mitigation, and investment trade-offs.

- Built and led a 9-person IMS support and delivery team, providing operational support for Cenosco’s
asset integrity management platform used by 11,000+ users across 40+ countries.
- Owned global customer support operations for the IMS suite, acting as senior escalation point for
enterprise customers operating mission-critical industrial assets.
- Established governance, escalation, and reporting structures for live production issues, improving
transparency and executive oversight of customer-impacting incidents.
- Created structured customer-to-product feedback loops, ensuring production issues and enhancement
requests were systematically fed back into the SDLC (post-release → improvement phases).
