07.2022 – 08.2025 NGO IMC (International Medical Corps), as Procurement officer. Main responsibilities: processing, technical oversight and support of procurement activities according to procedures and policies. Performing tasks set by the head manager, interacting with other departments of the IMC, building cooperation with suppliers according to IMC procedures, monitoring the correctness of document flow, drawing up weekly reports, participating in general meetings. Achievements: successfully completed tasks to organize rehab of medical buildings in different regions, provision of long-term trainings (accommodation, catering, transportation, conference room rent), signing of BPA contracts for hotel services, purchase and delivery of food, NFI, medical equipment, furniture, fuel and so on.
