 PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
My professional journey started when I was 18. I was studying English translation in Kherson and
working my first jobs to pay for my education myself. Over nine years, I built strong resilience and
learned to stay calm and make clear decisions even in difficult situations.
One of the most important steps was working at Nova Poshta. Thanks to my dedication, I grew from
a customer service operator to a branch manager in just one year. There, I gained solid knowledge in
logistics, learned how to manage a team, and saw how good process optimization can improve the
work of an entire branch.

Since there were no translation jobs in my city, I moved into IT and design. I studied at the "STEP"
Computer Academy, and my communication skills helped me start teaching. I taught adults how to
use Photoshop and Illustrator. Later, I got a job as a developer and designer at STRATEG, a board game
company. Over two years, I created more than six original games from scratch—from game mechanics
to visual design. You can check out some of my projects using the link below. Even though working
conditions were tough, this period helped me grow as a creator and as a developer who can handle a
product from idea to print.

Right now, I work with a private e-commerce business that sells souvenirs, books, and collectible
figures. Using my logistics experience, I built and launched a warehouse management system for over
1,000 items. With the help of spreadsheets, I made it possible to find any product instantly. I also
manage the warehouse, pack orders, talk to customers, solve delivery issues, and handle the store's
promotion on Telegram.
I enjoy bringing order to chaos and making work fast and efficient. I am now looking for a remote
role where my skills in logistics, design, and management can make a real difference. I also have
experience running my own business.

I want to add that I have a good foundation in English and understand written texts well. However,
I am currently looking for opportunities to practice and improve my spoken English, as I haven't had
much chance to use it in recent years.
In my free time, I play guitar, draw, play board games, and read comics. These activities keep me
creative. I am an open person, so I easily connect with people and quickly become part of a new team.
I really enjoy growing and learning new things.

I am proficient in the following software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Intermediate), Figma, 3ds
Max, Blender, and SketchUp. I am a fast learner and can quickly master any new software.
