ABOUT ME

I am a practicing professional with over 30 years of experience in energy conservation, energy efficiency, energy security and
implementation of innovative technical solutions in various sectors. This experience has been gained while working in research
institutions, state-owned enterprises, the private sector, international programmes and consulting. It covers both in-depth
technical development and participation in the managing of large-scale projects and policy development, combining a deep
understanding of the specifics of technological approaches with practical skills in implementing projects in these areas.
My experience and skills have been shaped by working with leading international institutions, such as the World Bank, IFC (WB
Group), UNDP/GEF, USAID, TACIS, NEFCO, SIDA/SWECO (Sweden), EZ/KEMA (Netherlands), DANIDA/DTI (Denmark). This
collaboration allowed me to understand different approaches to energy project and how to adapt them to local conditions.
My expertise includes:
-implementation of energy management systems in industrial enterprises and municipal infrastructure;
-technical auditing, monitoring and comprehensive analysis of energy systems of various classes and sizes;
-implementation of modernisation projects for central heat supply, power generation and distribution systems;
-evaluation and selection of technologies to ensure energy independence of critical infrastructure facilities.
My practical experience of technical expertise in a wide range of energy systems is particularly valuable, including an
understanding of both municipal engineering infrastructure and industrial power systems and energy intensive processes, as well
as technologies for their modernisation, including the use of alternative energy sources. This enables a comprehensive, objective
assessment of technological options and solutions, calculation of their effectiveness and project life cycle analysis.
My skills and abilities are effectively applied to:
-development and implementation of energy infrastructure modernisation projects;
-improvement of energy security by optimising the use of energy resources;
