Web CRM, developed on Django with server-side rendering of HTML templates, is designed to manage the
entire customer lifecycle: from the first lead to the completed project. The system is intended for internal use
by managers, administrators, and agency owners.
 Designed and implemented a lead workflow: creation, processing, conversion to a client with
automatic creation of a related project, which eliminates lead loss and chaotic client database
management.
 Project management with statuses (active, completed, canceled) was implemented, allowing control
over the status of work and the agency's workload.
 Dashboards were created for managers and administrators with key business metrics: the number of
new, converted, and lost leads, as well as project statistics by status.
 A pricing module has been implemented: management of services and service packages,
percentage discounts, price adjustments depending on the client's country, manual payment
accounting.
 Analytical tools have been built: pie charts showing the distribution of projects by status and line
graphs showing the dynamics of leads over time to evaluate sales effectiveness.
 Telegram notifications have been integrated for prompt notification of new leads and messages from
the feedback form.
 Search, filtering, and export of clients and projects have been implemented, simplifying data
management.
 Multilingual support (Ukrainian, English, German) has been added for use of the CRM in different
markets.
