As an Area Product Owner, my main responsibility was to deliver a new add-on called Planner, which is a marketing campaign planning tool, as part of the existing product ecosystem. I collaborated closely with the development team, business analysts, product designers, and stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the project within 4-week sprints.

As part of the company's transformation, the role of Area Product Owner was replaced by two new positions - Product Manager and Delivery Manager. In September 2022, I was appointed as the Delivery Manager for one of our major clients. During this time, my main task was to ensure the successful launch of the eWizard platform, specifically the Planner add-on. Leveraging my extensive experience in managing project delivery, I worked closely with the team to meet tight deadlines and successfully launch the platform in April 2023.

With the transformation process stabilizing at Viseven, I was officially appointed as Delivery Manager in March 2023 while still fulfilling my responsibilities as the Product Manager for the eWizard Planner add-on.

As of February 2024, my team has successfully launched two customer projects: the Planner service and an add-on to Planner, a Centralized Tagging Solution for comprehensive content tagging. Currently, both projects are ongoing and are being scaled to the next level.

Overall, my experience as an Area Product Owner/Product Manager and Delivery Manager has given me a deep understanding of delivery processes and the value of products. With my expertise, I am confident in my ability to lead teams and successfully deliver projects in a timely and efficient manner.

Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner

I started my journey as a Customer Success Manager, providing support for clients around the globe through the Zendesk support system (chats, support tickets). I assisted with troubleshooting issues related to the GoMage Magento 2 extensions, as well as providing support and advice on different services that we offer. I took management control over the development of Magento 2 extensions and guided the team to the release of new versions.

In July 2020, I was promoted to Project Manager, responsible for managing ongoing Magento 2 projects from various countries, including the US, UK, and Australia. I was also responsible for the delivery of new versions of Magento 2 extensions by GoMage - Onestep Checkout and Feed Pro.

In September 2020, I acquired the role of Product Owner for the GoMage PWA Storefront, a product based on Magento PWA Studio that enables clients to implement a Progressive Web Application on top of their Magento 2 store. In October 2021, I launched the first version of the product, with new versions and updates delivered throughout the next year. I also successfully managed and delivered a Magento 2 PWA project for an enterprise-level client.

As a Product Owner, I gained new skills, including becoming a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) issued by Scrum Alliance and a Supreme PM issued by IAMPM. I also have valuable experience as a speaker on webinars, including those with Magento PWA Studio and Digital Ocean, and online conferences such as GoPWA and Reacticon. Additionally, I have experience recording videos for YouTube, creating short feature descriptions, and actively engaging with the LinkedIn community.
