4 years experience in CC and ACH payment processing companies as a Senior Underwriting & Credit Risk/AML manager ; Account manager. Proficient in verification and validation processes, KYC & KYB, Visa / MC monitoring programs, PCI compliance, CB risk assessment & AML; technical onboarding of the MIDs for gateway/POS integrations.

I have been taking part in 3 main ecom projects - Pepper Pay CC payment processing (UW/Credit Risk manager), High Risk Commerce (Client Relations) and Bill My Bank ACH processing (account manager).

General responsibilities:
1. UW review of the deals:
- Checking and verifying all the information from the supporting documents and application form provided by the merchant,
- URL review including background search, potential red flags such as re-directions, backlinks, traffic checking, determining if the prices are reasonable for the products/services offered, if any illegal products or content are present and etc.
- Risk assessment and compliance with the card brand rules, validations (MATCH, Experian - Credit Report, KYC, OFAC, ID Verify - Microbilt, G2 Monitoring, TINcheck etc) checking for any discrepancies, lawsuits, debts, loans etc.
2. Credit underwriting what includes decision making on upcoming pre-vets, chargebacks monitoring, knowledge of MCC classification, risk level and acceptance for each of our partners.
3. Submission of the deals to the sponsor banks or external solutions considering alignment with policies and guidelines.
4. Boarding process for the approved merchants on the PP Portal, TSYS Express, RNA, EDebit and PPM.
5. Customer support service, work with different requests including any inquiries received from the bank/merchant or other departments, risk periodic review, processing analysis. Ensuring all data is stored in HubSpot and Monday CRMs.
6. Taking parts in webinars, cross-department calls and other activities related to professional improvement.
7. Working with different tools, such as Experian, G2 Monitoring, Monday CRM, HubSpot CRM, TSYS, portals (Corvia, EVO payments, Salt Payments, Jarvis, Mportal, Mastercard etc); PDF Editor; Validations; FileZilla; Whois; DocuSign; Justia; OC and SoS etc
