First of all, I was interested in the work because it was a challenge for me - will I be able to cope with teaching anything a child and not be afraid of him? Will I be able to explain the material in such a way that even children could understand? And on the very first day, I received an incredibly positive response. The children were different, but I successfully managed to find a common language with each of them. Soon, I gained self-confidence, and after a month, senior teachers offered me to lead the group myself.
During my entire time working in this company, I gained a lot of experience in teaching, and also got acquainted with robotics, and in some ways improved my knowledge of programming. Each senior teacher who worked with me in the group was ultimately satisfied with my work and thus I was constantly busy with work.
