Attending kick-off meeting and discuss with contractor initial submissions, construction and coordination matters, contracts, administration etc...
Check contractor's submittals for completeness. Ensure that works are carried out in accordance with contract documents requirements. Verifying contractor’s monthly payment. Report to Chief Resident engineer monthly progress report. Chair progress meetings. Check correspondences and draft letters for discussion with CRE. Notify Manager at substantial completion of the remaining outstanding works and advice on an approximate completion date. Lead site staff team. Coordinating with trade engineers. Overview project issues/obstructions and discuss it with the Contractor.
