Hello! I'm Olha, an experienced professional in the fields of Education, Project Management and Quality Assurance.

From Autumn 2017 until the present, I have been working as an English Private Tutor. It's not only a job but also my hobby. I enjoy organizing lessons and providing interesting and exciting materials.

During my student years, I volunteered at MagneticOne. I was responsible for writing subtitles for scientific videos in English.

At Devabit, I worked as a Project Manager Assistant from April 2022 to October 2022. In this role, I was responsible for various tasks aimed at ensuring the effective execution of projects. This role allowed me to hone my skills in project management, communication, and quality assurance, as well as develop capabilities in efficiently completing tasks in a demanding environment.

I also gained experience as a QC Team Planning Specialist, where my main duties included communicating with PMs via email regarding requests and their scheduling, monitoring the schedule along with the handed-off tasks to ensure timely delivery, creating daily schedules for the QC team, and rescheduling tasks on busy days or due to day-offs.

At Acolad Company, I have experience in various positions. I worked as a Project Manager for almost 1 year in the Belgium Office (from Autumn 2022 to Spring 2023). All projects were focused on translation and revision. During this period, I managed and tracked various projects with different volumes (from small projects of less than 100 words to huge projects with more than 50,000 words).

From Spring 2023 to Spring 2024, I worked as a Quote Writer in the Spanish Office at Acolad Company. I analyzed data to provide accurate and competitive pricing, worked closely with sales teams, project managers, account managers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure accuracy and consistency in quotes, and crafted professional and compelling quotes or proposals tailored to the specific requirements of clients.

I am a flexible and user-friendly person and have experience working with various Microsoft programs, CAT tools, and platforms for managing projects.
