Main responsibilities:
• 3D modelling and technical quality control of patient specific guides/splints in CADs for orthognathic/mandible reconstruction/maxillary reconstruction/cranial vault reconstruction/distraction surgeries and full anatomical models with PEEK PSI guides for additive manufacturing engineering using SLA, SLS, DLP technologies;
• Distraction osteogenesis simulation;
• Preparing case specific reports for surgeon in English, French and Portuguese;
• Clinical quality control of guides and models for orthognathic surgery;
• Work is based mainly on the ISO 13485 Medical devices -- Quality management systems -- Requirements for regulatory purposes

Secondary responsibilities:
• Maintaining an internal wiki site.
• Validation of internal software/scripts before release.
• Mentoring of newcomers.
• Providing sustainable support and analysis for the team to keep approval rate, feedback rate, non-conformity/complaint rates within the target;
• Providing regular presentations sessions based on received complaints, non-conformities, feedbacks;
• Supporting start of new projects as technical expert;
• Active contribution in Work Instruction (WI) and Standard Operative Procedure (SOP) creation and updates;
• Feedback system evaluation with further process improvements;
• Active collaboration with responsible in other offices to align quality control and design process;
