• Working as a Withdrawal Specialist, I was responsible for the safety and welfare of new students coming into Narconon. During the this phase of the program I was familiarized new students with the LRH tech, and took their initial Light Objectives in a professional manner giving students great wins from their very beginnings ensuring a positive attitude along the way.
• I cold called individuals from Narconons central files while interning for Narconon. My statistics included 22 regenerated leads in a single day during a 10 hour period. The other average lead regenerations from central files from other established employees during this phase of their internship was 7 a week.
•I worked in the office at Glendale, California as a full-time reception. The high calls ever answered was 172 HANDELD CALLS. I was responsible for direct new intake patients to the right terminals/peoples resources
•I became qualified to work as an Admissions Counselor accruing hours that would have led to a State Certified License by California. I spoke to addicts and family members to determine their qualifications for the Narconon Program. During the evaluations we screen potential threats to the organization and redirect their path to more suitable organizations. In additions I spent the majority of the day counseling the parents of addicts on the issues of addiction and dealing with the emotional stress of the addiction issues created in the family to better inform all affected. I would spent 8+hours each day of pure call time
