My current responsibilities include:
A full cycle of recruiting process:
- Evaluation of the candidate’s skills, suitability for the positions;
- Pre-screening interview via Skype or Phone, interviewing and testing potential
candidates; keep candidates updated about every step of the hiring process;
provide feedback;

- Form job offers according to the company’s policies and procedures;
- Provide pre-onboarding for new team members etc.
HR process:
- Organization: one-on-one meetings, personal evaluation review.
- Organization of internal events, team-building events (meet-ups, corporate
events).
- Budgeting processes.
