• Leading of the recruiting team, coordinating its work
• Assigning recruiters and prioritize vacancies according to company needs and priorities
• Analysis of incoming requests on applicants search
• Active search of candidates on IT positions (Software Engineers: Java, JavaScript, C++, .Net, Python; Quality Assurance Specialists) for levels from Junior to Architect using all
available and appropriate sources
