Main responsibilities:
1. Managing the Operations Support Team;
2. Ensuring an effective support the Sales and Operations Department in achieving the Department's goals and targets across the entire gas stations network;
3. Monitoring the achievement of the goals of all sales channels and developing action plans to improve the results;
4. Development, organization, and provision of assistance to the management and gas station staff in all questions related to the achievement of tactical and strategic goals of the development of the stations.
5. Coordinating and control of revenue and costs in P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and planning; supporting analytical work on all P&L items related to the operation of gas stations and cost optimization initiatives; supervising detailed forecast of fuel sales, taking into account seasonality, competitors' price offer, own price offer, changes in the fuel market within the framework of supply/demand, etc.;
6. Developing, executing and communicating all operating standards and procedures for stations in line with the Company's strategy;
7. Management of the global international incentive programs for gas station staff and implementation at the local level;
8. Ensuring of the continuous operation of the programs for assessment and improvement client experience;
9. Development and support of the education and training system for gas station staff;
10. Digitalization of business processes and tools for tracking the effectiveness of gas stations;
11. Communication between all Units of the Company, territory managers, gas stations managers and vice versa in order to effectively implement various programs and procedures, and to improve the sales results;
12. Full support, development, and implementation of other projects to improve operational efficiency and performance of the Sales and Operations Department, initiating decisions that may have a significant impact on business profitability and opportunities for further development.
13. Fuel price management, including permanent monitoring of the competitors, supply prices, margin in total and by each type of fuels, general and local price activities to achieve the Company’s targets.
Key achievements:
1. Customer Experience & Operational Excellence
• Ensured entry into the TOP-10 countries globally in key customer satisfaction metrics (CSI, NPS, and Mystery Shopper programs), ranking TOP-3 within the Eastern European cluster.
• Designed and rolled out new digital tools for operational audits to ensure consistent service and performance standards across all locations.
• Led the digital transformation and standardization of key operational processes to improve compliance, efficiency, and performance tracking.
• Implemented cross-offers at cash registers to increase average transaction value and product penetration.
2. Sales & Retail Optimization
• Successfully restarted and enhanced quarterly and annual sales incentive programs for gas station personnel, including organizing participation in international events for top performers.
• Redesigned the bonus and motivation system for site staff, directly influencing upselling behavior and increasing the share of high-margin product sales (fuel, shop items).
• Launched seasonal promotional programs aimed at driving targeted product sales, both in fuel and non-fuel retail categories.
• Deployed differentiated fuel pricing strategies based on competitive analysis and demand dynamics to optimize margin and volume.
3. Product & Training Development
• Provided comprehensive operational support for the successful launch of Shell V-Power Racing 100, a new premium fuel product.
• Established an annual cross-functional training calendar, integrating input from all departments to ensure continuous professional development for site staff.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making
• Initiated a structured approach to analyzing P&L statements and category sales at station level in close cooperation with Finance, HR, and Sales teams.
• Spearheaded the development and launch of a Power BI sales analytics dashboard from the ground up, significantly improving data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Key tasks: development and support of exclusive retail strategy (over 400 lifecell stores); development, set and control performance indicators, plans, targets, budgeting, standards, and processes in exclusive channel and control fulfillment plans of regionals sales teams and exclusive stores in line with development strategy of channel; development and analysis of motivation programs for the dealers; negotiations with partners with regards of new shops openning or low performance shops closing, new partners search, sales increase; audit of exclusive retail channel; provide sales of terminals, devices, tariffs and other operator’s products in exclusive channel through close collaboration with all the units and implementation projects to increase efficiency of channels; monitoring of market pricing, fines, incentive and loyalty programs of competitors, control of their market activity and implementation necessary actions / processes to ensure the efficiency of the exclusive channel on the market.
