I lead, grow, and structure creative products and teams — from games to
startups — always focusing on delivering real value through clarity,
collaboration, and scalable operations.
Over the last 5+ years, I’ve led cross-functional teams of 200+ people — including

At my most recent role in the gaming industry, I led product and live ops strategy
and built operational systems, internal policies, and delivery pipelines for a
