Additional information

Learning any language requires discipline and strength of will because it's not easy. From this it follows that in my work I appreciate the motivation of students, being ready to work hard and an exact awareness why they learn English. Otherwise there is no result, no knowledge, no success.
In the process of teaching, I enjoy to help and prompt the students in the things they do not understand. I try to communicate with them in their own language, so that they fully understand me. I do my best to explain like they are 5 years old.
I consider my most important character traits are sociability (because I am an extrovert and like to communicate with others and make new acquaintances) and having a creative approach. I am a music school graduate, so I was a creative person from childhood
I expect long-term cooperation, a constant load of working hours (20-25 hours a week), timely salary payments (preferably 2 times a month), a good team and my own development as a teacher
