Key responsibilities:
• Fully control the quality of managing of insurance accidents and settlement of claims on each step of the process.
• Daily RBNS monitoring – development and deviation for each and every existing file in the system / database. Daily Run-off and reserve accuracy monitoring.
• Calculating Probability Mass Functions (PMF) to model claim frequency and assess risk distributions in insurance datasets.
• Database enrichment. Constant development of internal database (1C Enterprise) according to business requirements and legal framework.
• Conducting CFR (Closed file review) and Audit of closed files. Analyzing historical insurance data to identify process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Implementation of an anti-fraud (AF) screening system, improving detection and investigation processes, resulting in significant cost savings.
• Analysis of antifraud KPIs: Detection, Acceptance and Savings rate to identify and improve effectiveness of Antifraud workflow.
