Presently, I'm working in the development team providing Web application development.
Currently we a working as a part of an international team (the second team is from India, customer is from the US) on a web application that provides a full restaurant management ecosystem designed for the multi-unit operator.
As a designer, I have below responsibilities

1. Communicating with a customer that includes but is not limited to gathering requirements and confirming them when they are duly noted.
2. Proposing solutions that will cover all requirements using flow diagrams and prototypes.
3. Researching competitors' top features and their realization to implement the best of them in our product.
4. Creating an application interface (created from scratch according to the customer's request).
5. Redesign existing application screens (improving both UX and UI)
6. Keep UI kit and design system up to date and synced via StoryBook (UI kit was created by me)
7. Keep design-related tasks in TMS up to date (we use Plane as our team task management system and ClickUp as a general project TMS)
8. Creating interactive prototypes that are used by the customer for his presentation purposes

Since I'm the one who talks to customer the most about new features, I'm basically acting as the quasi-product owner for my team. That means that I am the main source of info for my team:
1. Responsible for gathering and managing Feature requests (Creating corresponding tasks in TMS, gathering requirements, creating designs) and controlling their implementation in product
2. Gathering and managing Improvement requests (small UX/UI improvements that do not require the development of new functionality)
3. Providing initial requirements (written in a simple form: System should allow..) and approving final requirements created by QA in Squash
4. Geatharyng all questions regarding functionality from the team to the customer and clarifying them

As a team member who communicates directly with the customer, I'm also responsible for supporting general communication between our team and the customer which means
1. Updating team with the latest customer company news
2. Updating team with current roadmap and feature development priority
3. Updating customer on the feature development progress
4. Providing the team with records of all sync-up calls with stakeholders and a summary of the main points of this call
Also as a freelancer, I created landing pages, covers for YouTube, and feature images
