I'm a Software Engineer with vast non-commercial experience over recent years, advanced technical and personal skills, and several educational degrees with honors in various fields.

I don't have recent or more relevant commercial experience due to unfavorable circumstances. Unfortunately, the pandemic and the ongoing war have disrupted my career plans. If that's a strict requirement, I might not be the right fit for now.

I'm an Alumnus of 42 Paris as an Architect in Digital Technologies of level 15 over a 3-year intensive apprenticeship, mainly in dozens of C and Python study projects, which aren't listed here due to text size limit. I'm a holder of honored AAS in Software Engineering, MEd in Technological Education, and yet another Bachelor of Arts with honors degrees.

Over the past few years, I've been exploring Blockchain technologies, as well as improving my skills in the Backend and Cloud domains.

I had a commercial experience as a Programmer at an international private higher education institution for about 4 years.

Other experience in IT includes maintaining installation of OS, drivers, and software for users and also working at a car service station as a PC Operator for some time, as well as studying Software Engineering at a state college much earlier.

Suitable offer conditions are as follows, taking into account the gained experience, skills, education, cutting-edge technologies, private entrepreneurship, related operating costs, increasing living expenses.

Preferable technology is Rust, although Go or C, and maybe Python or JavaScript are possible as well. I can learn C++ if required and paid.

Work domain can be Backend, Blockchain or else (except adverse areas, e.g. Gambling).

Necessary equipment has to be either company-owned (provided and shipped by post or bought locally/online) or personal (covered with a signing bonus of half salary or upfront monthly payments during probation).

Convenient schedule will be flexible from 8-12 to 16-20 hours, Monday-Friday (full-time, 35-40 hours/week). Except shifts, on-call duties, overtimes, micromanagement.

Social package or its equivalent needs to have at least 30 PTO days/year, which is 2.5 PTO days/mo on average.

Salary expectations depend on the position level (any one where my skills fit, fairly increasing Junior X1, Middle X2, Senior X3), contract type (primarily net for B2B as for now, or might be gross for employment), spoken language (Ukrainian is effortless), and company HQ location (e.g. Switzerland/US would be X2, but still about 35% cheaper compared to the local markets). I.e. Junior position is 1500 EUR/mo for Ukrainian-speaking companies and from 2000 EUR/mo for others, with annual review plus 1000 EUR/mo, and Middle will be from 3000-4000 EUR/mo, Senior from 4500-6000 EUR/mo. Probation period can be paid less, i.e. from 1000-1500 EUR/mo, respectively.

Proposed 3-month probation terms (for Middle position it can be 2-month, and for Senior 1-month): on day 1, I register FOP (PE) account and we sign B2B contract and agree on equipment option as mentioned above. Next, you pay salary on a monthly basis and review it later as agreed.
