Additional information

Dear Recruiters,
If you're looking only for engineers with relevant commercial experience or offering jobs with poor working conditions, please keep looking.
However, if you're willing to consider someone with less relevant but extensive experience in Rust, Go, and other technologies, who's highly motivated and has a wide range of technical and personal skills, then please take a look at my profile.

I'm looking for a job in Rust preferably, or possibly in Go.
Other technologies may also be considered though.

Unfortunately, the pandemic and the ongoing war have disrupted my career plans.
But I'm constantly developing my skills and had a few job offers as a Developer earlier.
However, I couldn't accept them due to misunderstanding and unfavorable circumstances.

I've studied extensively in various fields and have several degrees, graduating with honors in most of them.

I've started learning Rust in 2021, completed over 10 courses and bootcamps with certifications, created more than 100 different CLI utilities, read the Rust book and documentation.

I've also studied Go since 2020 and earned certifications by completing the corresponding specializations, along with some other courses, pet-projects, reading The Go Programming Language book and docs.

Before that, I completed many practical projects, mostly in C and Python, studying under the 42 Paris Architect in Digital Technologies program since 2017.

Other experience in IT includes working as a Programmer at a private higher education institution since 2013 and studying Software Engineering at a state college much earlier.
And yet maintaining installation of OS, drivers, and software for users and also working at a car service station as a PC operator for some time.

Achievements
• a wide range of skills, a strong drive for professional development, exceptional training abilities
• a lot of studies in IT and non-IT fields with honors
• numerous completed courses, trainings, certifications, study projects over multiple years
• read documentation and professional literature in various technologies
• strong skills in coding, refactoring, debugging, problem solving, code review, self-learning
• high responsibility, motivation, analytical mindset, attention to detail, critical thinking

Position level
I consider offers at various job levels:
• Intern, with decent pay
• Junior, with opportunities for rapid growth
• Middle, with a few months to master the required tech stack
• Senior, if the company finds my skills suitable
In general, I aim to reach a Middle level within a year, depending on the tech stack, and Senior one as soon as possible.

Salary expectations
The salary may align with the estimates in this article or be slightly negotiable - itentio.com/blog/rust-developer-salary-in-poland
It's already lower than e.g. at jobicy.com/salaries/ua/rust-developer and for an Intern position can be even less.
Roughly, for remote work in Ukraine, it can be from €1.5K for Junior, €3K for Middle, €4.5K for Senior levels.
A Strong Intern position is starting at €1K.
It's including the equipment provided, full-time work, private entrepreneurship, without notice of dismissal during the war, and it's taking into account the gained experience, skills, education, cutting-edge technologies, related operating costs, increasing living expenses.
For Intern job it's from €800 and 30-hour week.
The salary can be +25% for gross or own equipment.

Necessary equipment
I need the company to provide it by sending via postal carrier or to let me purchase it by getting the salary in advance during 3-month probation or a signing bonus of half salary.

Social package
By default, it's vacation 20 working days off, sick leave 10 for Junior, 15 for Middle, 20 w.d.o. for Senior positions annually. And after the war, holidays 11 w.d.o., medical insurance, 1-month notice, from +€500/month for office work (I can consider relocation once it's possible).

Convenient schedule
Flexible 40 working hours a week from 8AM to 8PM Mon-Thu and shorter day on Fri, which may be negotiable.

Sharing CV
No additional resumes will be shared other than the LinkedIn profile.

Not acceptable
• adverse projects, e.g. gambling
• excessive micromanagement
• shifts, on-call duties

Not desirable
• test tasks and live coding
• video calls until the final interview

Job details
• company - jurisdiction, location, type of employment
• project - overview, tech stack, team, position level
• offer - salary, schedule, equipment, social package
• other - e.g. hiring, career plans

If you value advanced skills and need an IT Specialist who aims to learn the required technologies and reach a higher level position shortly, and if my profile meets the job requirements, I look forward to hearing from you.

I'm interested in relevant, informative offers and won't respond to unrelated requests.

Regarding the war, you should be aware of the related risks and either accept them or propose a possible way to deal with these concerns.
