Over the past two years, I have worked in the field of monitoring and evaluation, where I have
gained deep knowledge and practical experience in project development and implementation
of monitoring and evaluation systems. My work has included the next main tasks: data
analysis, report preparation, and providing recommendations to improve the monitoring of
project efficiency. Additionally, I am experienced in conducting of training sessions and
workshops for staff and project beneficiaries, which makes the transfer of knowledge and skills
effective and ends up reducing the level of mistakes and time consumption.

In addition to my expertise in MEL, as you can see in my CV, I have a strong background in
business process analysis and the Textile industry. My team and I have successfully defined
and optimized business processes that improve operational efficiency and capacity. My
experience has included identifying key performance indicators, analyzing business internal
and external environments, developing strategies, and experience transfer.

My ability to work in a team, analytical skills, and eagerness to gain new knowledge have
helped me achieve significant success in previous projects. I always strive to achieve high
