PR, Marketing Lead (IT Product)

We are IT company shifting from pure outsourcing to a product company. And we need a skilled and experienced person to market our new B2B products and ideas to corporate sectors of Europe and US. The challenge is to properly reach the audience and create the stable lead generation funnel.

— At least 2 years of general experience in digital marketing and 1 year of experience as a Lead/Head of Marketing in IT company;

— Must have experience in launching new products and delivering stable lead generation;

— Experience, connections and good understanding in main IT PR resources;

— Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal);

— Technical knowledge and in-depth experience in building digital inbound marketing competencies, including SEO, SMM, SEM, Email Marketing;

— Proven experience as a marketing technologist in creating growth strategies that combine product, data and marketing expertise;

— Practice in using web analytics & statistics tools and methodologies;

— Strong skills in mastering marketing KPIs, reporting on performance, and devising strategies and tactics for improvement;

— Experience in building metrics-driven marketing processes.

— Development and implementation of a marketing strategy for the product;

— Company PR on leading industry resources

— Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals;

— Managing company blogs, etc.

— Plan and direct public relations programs designed to create and maintain a favorable public image of the employer;

— Precise market and competitors analysis, as well as search the trends for project growth;

— Budgeting and expenditure control of all marketing activities;

— Setting goals and measuring success of marketing campaigns;

— Responsibilities for stable lead development, including effectiveness of prospecting

— Expansion of the product audience by entering new markets;

— Optimization of work processes in order to improve KPIs.
