We open share services company in Lviv to operate in Eurasia market, which deals with 8 countries that are diverse and distinctive, in terms of our customers' needs and priorities.

Currently we are looking for the high potential and experienced Integration manager for Oracle Fusion Implementation

Role & responsibilities:

o Drives standardization in the use of the chosen project methodology and communicates the standard outputs and formats required from all process streams (e.g. templates, guidelines, interface agreements, etc.)

o Participates in the key business process workshops to help steer design efforts and supports alignment between tracks

o Evaluates process scope definitions — and challenges fit, overlaps and gaps

o Supports cross-process track collaboration and co-operation — bringing unresolved issues to the program management and steering committee for action

o Works with the individual tracks to set out the requirements for a unified business process model — to the point that it constitutes a specification for the template for IT systems

o Manages integration requirements and dependencies across functional work streams

o Ensures the consistency of all end to end processes

o Encourages local teams to identify as-is systems and as-is interfaces

o Ensures the completeness of all needed interfaces for the new system landscape

o Plans, coordinates and conducts workshops for integration

o Validation of the functional and technical specifications

o Coordinates between all cross functions in the program

o Reports to program management

Required Skills:

o Experience as an integration manager required

o ERP/Oracle Fusion Application knowledge in the modules Finance, HR, Procurement or Supply Chain Management

o Preferably Telecom industry knowledge

o Project management skills

o Good communication skills

o Experience in large international ERP implementation projects

o Understanding of Finance, HR, Procurement, SCM processes

o Knowledge of integration between applications and external systems

o Experience in data migration tasks

o Experience in test management activities

o Ability to Engage Internal Team Across — Europe/Asia and CIS region

o Language Proficiency — English must — Russian and Ukrainian added advantage
