Amcor Tobacco Packaging Ukraineis looking for an Operational Account Manager to join our plant in Kharkiv area (located in Dergachi) .

The role purpose is supporting and maintaining profitable sales growth and selling ATP’s value through regional account support in the tobacco space. Primary elements are creating necessary framework to assess and improve business performance, customer and competitor analysis, market intelligence, reporting, networking with the client and developing supportive contacts across all disciplines, relationship development

Main responsibilities are:

  • Contracting;
  • Order processing;
  • Non conformities handling (return, replacement, compensation);
  • Price handling;
  • New product managing. Coordination of new project development with Customers and inside
  • Tool project processing (checking tooling POs, cross-check receiving correctness, projects closing in ERP system);
  • Reporting;
  • Forecast analysis;
  • Participation in color matching trials;
  • Response to Customer requests (urgent, new products, forecasts, feasibility check)
  • Receivables tracking & follow up
  • Troubleshooting (obsoletes, product issues, compensation,storage, docs)
  • Order production follow up (internal tests, RAMs request);
  • Shipments coordination;
  • Visiting Customer/Arrange Customers visit;
  • Intercompany sales handling (issues, contracting, payment);
  • Processing of RAMs' requests (e.g. obsolete materials, statistics, board inventory, tests, short-term and long-term forecasts, etc.);
  • Participation in local cross-functional team meeting;
  • Clear understanding of cost drivers and leakage management (ie: rush freight, breaking charges);
  • Back up of the Customer Service Manager during absence of the latter.

The requirements for candidates are:

  • Education: commercial educational background or equivalent;
  • Appropriate professional experience 2 to 3 years in a Customer Service;
  • Specific local knowledge based on legal requirements, negotiation skills;
  • Language skills: English — Business fluent; other languages is an advantage;
  • PC-knowledge: MS Office (advanced user); ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) would be preferable;
  • Flexibility cope with frequent change of issues and priorities well and quickly;
  • Team working result oriented interaction with local and foreign colleagues.
