Hello, we are M2E Pro — a dynamically growing IT product company developing our own eCommerce solutions. Our project gained a wide recognition of the users from around the world and received numerous awards, including the title of «Product of the Year» at the eCommerce Expo UK.

We are looking for a talented person to hold a position of Customer Su Manager (English).

Responsibilities:

  • analyze clients' business goals and system needs
  • give advice and suggest the best solution to customers
  • lead solution promotion and client training sessions
  • provide adaptation of the product configuration to meet the clients' needs
  • collaborate closely with the technical support team

Requirements:

  • FLUENT spoken and written English
  • experience in the field of technical support (or similar — QA, technical writer)
  • familiarity with IT products and web technologies
  • good analytical and problem-solving skills: to evaluate and decompose high-level information into details
  • logical thinking skills with attention to detail

It might be an advantage if you have:

  • Education or work experience in marketing
  • experience in eCommerce (Magento/eBay/Amazon) area
