DataArt has been engaged in software development and IT consulting since 1997. More than 2300 of our specialists are working in eight countries. Sales offices of the company are located in the US, UK, Germany, and Switzerland. The development centers are located in Argentina, Poland, Russia, and Ukraine. We are waiting for resumes from specialists with relevant experience in HR Management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ensure execution of HR processes and employee life cycle;

• Ensure employee onboarding: prepare all relevant employment documents, corporate and local policies acknowledgment, compliance;

• Ensure personal documents workflow;

• Provide support for the performance reviews cycle;

• Administration of leave, preparation of vacation provision;

• Maintain & update personal files and database;

• Assist employees on various HR questions.

• University degree;

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as HR Manager;

• English — Advanced level;

• Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills;

• Experienced PC user.
