On behalf of SBTech (http://www.sbtech.com/), Ciklum is looking for a Business Analyst to join Kiev team on a full-time basis.

  • Collaborate with product management, customers, business people and R&D to translate business needs into structured and prioritized requirements
  • Gap analysis to define product backlogs
  • Support Scrum teams to understand value and details of new requirements, product and business initiatives
  • Use Agile best practices for requirements management (Epics, Stories, visualization, brainstorming etc.)
  • Conduct and support product and user acceptance testing
  • Creation and ongoing maintenance of list of documents in different types and formats such as: user manuals, help files, release notes, product and technical specifications, architecture and technical solutions
  • Support Product Managers in documenting Product requirements, backlogs, presentations and communicating it to the development teams as part development process
  • Deliver Product documentation


  • 3+ years of experience with software requirements management using Agile methodologies
  • Experience in writing product, end-user and business documentation
  • Excellent level of English (read, write)
  • Product and business oriented mindset
  • Ability to work under low supervision and to collect and compile needed information from multiple sources independently
  • University degree, Computer Science/Economic/Marketing & Management
  • Fluent English


  • Experience with Retail software solutions (POS, ATM networks, etc.) will be a huge plus
  • Technical background
  • Experience with UI/UX tools
  • Experience with Atlassian toolset (JIRA, Confluence + plug-ins)
  • Experience with e-gaming will be cool
