Job Purpose

HR Marketing Specialist promotes SoftServe brand and positive internal/external image through holding professional events, cooperation with educational establishments and student organizations, cooperation with professional communities and local user groups in order to engage potential candidates and generate external pool. HR Marketing Specialist supports SoftServe internal/external communication through correct, timely and interesting written and graphic information. HR Marketing Specialist supports and develops all corporate benefits and events.

Duties and Responsibilities

Employer Branding & PR:

  • To manage relationships with a variety of local media including tech, business, local and vertical, and across media types including blogs, online, print and broadcast
  • To assist press briefings, media trainings as a company representative, to attend company seminars as press at local market
  • Create & drive PR strategy for local market in cooperation with PR Coordinator
  • To support IT Academy with candidate pool by using marketing tools (advertisements, news, presentations, etc.)
  • To cooperate with educational establishments by sponsorships, job fairs, open lectures etc.
  • To plan and organize SoftServe events: IT Weekend conferences, meet — ups, communities etc. in required locations as well as measure them to understand ROI & value
  • To participate in the set-up, preparation and conducting of all SoftServe sponsored events: conferences, seminars, webinars, forums, job fairs etc.

Internal Communication:

  • Drive online internal communication at Workplace by Facebook, via corporate emails, meetings as well as offline internal communication
  • Cooperate cross company with all departments to support them in preparing information for sharing internally
  1. Events management and Benefits:
  • To plan and establish all corporate events, initiatives for employee engagement, according to the annual plan in local offices
  • To make prospective planning and budgeting as required
  • To distribute and track SoftServe promo materials and souvenirs as required
  • To develop and support SoftServe Discount Program

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):

  • To plan and establish local CSR projects
  • To make prospective planning and budgeting for CSR projects


  • Budgeting & budget execution
  • Planning: events, initiatives, communication
  • To carry out required reports, surveys, analytics and information systems on local level
  • To make monthly and quarterly reports on projects, KPI’s, events measurement etc.


  • Master degree in Marketing, Journalism, PR or related field.


  • IT industry related experience 1+ year is a plus

Specialized knowledge:

  • English language level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
