We are looking for a talented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing and dedicated team.

BookBuses Inc. is a technology company based in New York City, New York — We are working to revolutionize the market for charter buses. We offer instant pricing and booking of buses for large events in the United States and Canada. At BookBuses.com we are looking for people that want to better themselves, improve, learn and excel. You should like to care about the team, the clients, and our suppliers. We work for corporations, event organizers, NGO, dance groups, Wedding Planners, Banks, Schools, Sommer Camps, Concerts etc.

Some of our clients include the United Nations, KPMG, AirBnB, Goldman Sachs and KAYAK.com. Our founding team members have worked at companies like Rocket Internet, Groupon, McKinsey, AT Kearney & Lightbank Venture Capital, and our company was in Entrepreneurs Round Table Accelerator last year and is backed by investors from Silicon Valley.

Career Profile

Our company is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist. Your job is to identify key decision makers and to send out marketing campaigns and to convert them into warm leads for the sales team. There will be no cold calling, no sleazy sales tactics. It is about finding and validating high-end decision makers at companies that actually need our services and to help the sales team get the best and most leads possible. You will become a master at prospecting leads. You will work as a laser-focused spear on large key opportunities.

With time there is an opportunity to build and manage your own team of Lead Generations Specialists.


  • Research key customer industries, companies, and key decision makers.
  • Create written email campaigns and send these.
  • Follow up on campaigns and reply to initial questions.
  • Transfer new leads to the CRM system and hand over leads to the sales team.


  • Professional English business writing skills.
  • Strong oral English skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Gmail & ideally CRM systems.
  • Clear and concise in your communication, a good listener, and problem solver.
  • Good business understanding.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Happy and positive attitude.


  • Ability to work in US time zone (East Coast) from 9 am-5pm. (Ukraine 4 pm — Midnight)

Full-time, remote working, outsourcing.
