Currently we are looking for the high potential and experienced Employee Engagement and Internal Communications Expert

What we’re looking for:

  • University Degree
  • Service-oriented, great multi-tasker, attention to detail
  • Intelligent, friendly, professional attitude
  • Fluent English and Ukrainian
  • General computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)

Key responsibilities:

  • prepare and review HR employee engagement plan and HR communication plan
  • prepare/review/coordinate all communication coming in SSC
  • assist in preparing communication about training content and timelines (e.g. communicate with heads)
  • update on arising issues immediately
  • review risks on regular basis
  • assist with all the bookings related to engagement events trainings, and other SSC on site events (interaction with IT, Functional heads, etc)
  • validate and provide availability of internal trainers and trainees
  • regular participation in HR and Communications related meetings
  • supporting line functions and executive team members in communications
  • manage site communications strategy, development and distribution including but not limited to newsletters, emails, social media, invitations, presentations, and Intranet.
  • working collaboratively with Learning and Development manager in support of company-wide programs, trainings and initiatives (Bank of Ideas)
  • collaborate with Head of Communications in newsletter creation and functions related to GSS communication.
