Boost Solutions, software solutions development company, is looking for a Junior Sales Manager/Trainee to join our team.

We are a fast-growing full-stack web & mobile development company, headquartered in Kiev, with branches in Uzhhorod and Chernivtsi. There are 100+ successful projects on our record, most of which are international deals. Thanks to our great team of skillful and energetic people we are a success now.

Right now we are actively searching for a Junior Sales Manager/Trainee to help us expand the client base and actively take part in the common team efforts.

We require:

  • Good level of technical understanding with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses would be a plus;
  • Excellent written and oral English;
  • Good skills in working with Microsoft Office;
  • Strong will to learn and grow.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs;
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and the company;
  • Outbound in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings;
  • Identifying and developing new deals through networking, courtesy and follow-up calls;
  • Writing and designing sales literature in cooperation with the marketing team;
  • Client support regarding our products and services;
  • Managing workload in order to organise and prioritise daily and weekly goals.
