And now Miratech is looking forHR Generalist.


  • Driving, ensuring and further improving of the onboarding process
  • Compensation and benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees
  • Assisting in update and monitoring of the performance evaluation program, support to departments in implementation, link to development, career planning and salary review
  • Assisting in the carrying out of a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
  • Identifying and managing soft skills training needs, training budget consolidation; internal trainers' validation; support in trainings organization as appropriate
  • Maintaining company’s organization charts and the employee directory (organizational chart update)
  • Job descriptions update (including alignment with all HQ amendments)
  • Communication to teams on JD (profiles) updates
  • Create new job descriptions when new jobs are created
  • Assisting in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of departments in relation to established goals
  • Managing company’s regular events
  • Handling employees' exit process
  • Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics


  • Proven experience as HR Generalist (Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures)
  • At least Intermediate English
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with systematic approach
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • Attentiveness to details
  • Additional HR education will be a plus
