Virtual Assistant remote job

We are perspective start-up based in Germany (cryptotraining niche). Looking for Virtual Assistant to join our team.


1. Usual tasks of Personal Assistant: correspondance, calls, book tickets etc

2. Income Support for Founders in Germany

3. Managing all SaaS tools (Asana, Gmail, Google Calendar, meetup.com, Telegram Groups, Forums, Github, Amazon Web Services etc.)

4. HR functions:

a. contracts, salary payments, complaint management, organizing team building activities and trips;

b. creating & writing of internal HR policies

c. Monitoring our progress with self-developing programs (educational courses on FX or Algorithmic Trading for instance, public speaking courses etc)

d. Finding experts of our industry

5. Event management

a. community events — Crypto Traders Berlin

b. some smaller networking events for selected executives

6. Managing communication with lawyers and other external entities

7. Managing company social media channels, different websites and blogs


1. Fluent Enlish — writing & communicational skills

2. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or relevant role

3. Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)

4. Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)

5. Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills

6. Time management & organizational skills
