Itera is looking for 1st and 2nd line support team managing Windows Infrastructure services. Our customer is Icelandic pioneer of advanced technology who mission is to improve people’s mobility.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • To provide user support and troubleshoot problems and issues;
  • Categorize and dispatch users requests in customer ticket system;
  • Support problem identification;
  • Advise users on appropriate course of action;
  • Monitor issues from start to resolution
  • Escalate unresolved problems to higher levels of support;
  • All in close cooperation with local L1, L2 support service and infrastructure engineers as well as in accordance with the company’s IT operational processes

Professional requirements:

  • At least 2+ year experience on the similar position (technical specialist/operation engineer)
  • Microsoft Windows Server (2008,2012 and 2016)
  • Microsoft Windows 7,8 and 10
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • HPSM, Jira or similar ticket and bug tracking systems
  • ITIL

Personal requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Responsiveness and accuracy of solution provision for specific problem
  • Self-organized
  • Team player
  • English: intermediate or upper-intermediate as a big plus
