Requirements:

  • Previous experience in technical support (CRM or ERP systems)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Fluent Ukrainian and Russian, elementary level of English
  • Active skills using SQL scripts
  • Experience in staff training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Stress-resistance, and ability to handle large amount of requests
  • Strong problem solving and research skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Good teamwork

Responsibilities:

  • Solving typical user incidents through remote access (system crashes, data synchronization/import/export issues)
  • Installation and configuration of Desktop / Mobile versions of the system in the client environment
  • Consulting clients on installation and system functionality
  • Escalation of requests to responsible parties
  • Monitoring the status and progress toward resolution of all open incidents
  • Participation in the internal and external projects

As a Plus:

  • Working knowledge of software development process
  • Knowledge of FMCG market
  • Strong presentation skills
