International software technological Company — iDeals Solutions ( opens a position of Customer Support Specialist in its Kiev office.

About the role:

We are looking for tenacious, organized, enthusiastic agents for our Customer Support Team in Kiev. The Customer Support Team handles incoming calls/correspondence (in English and Russian), consults users and resolves technical problems in accordance with the instructions. Also from time to time: writing content to support users (clearly and concisely) or documenting internal procedures or taking over some other related additional tasks, if necessary.

Key requirements to the candidate:

  • Fluent English, C2 — fully proficient, fluent, like a native (or native), with no accent
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian language (without Ukrainian accent)
  • Previous working experience using English with native speakers at least 1 year
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent computer knowledge, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and a genuine interest in the IT sector
  • Attention to details and analytic skills
  • Readiness for night shifts (6 night shifts in sequence per 1,5 months) + 1 shift on a weekend per month
  • Readiness and enthusiasm to take over related additional tasks, if necessary
  • Responsibility and proactive work ethic


  • Handling incoming calls/correspondence (in English and Russian)
  • Consulting users, knowledge working
  • Processing customer requests
  • Resolving technical problems in accordance with the instructions
  • Quality control of IT systems
  • From time to time: taking over additional tasks, if necessary — e.g. writing content to support users or documenting internal procedures, etc.
