Опис вакансії

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a new team member in the Finance Support Team. Our team is providing support for all financial services to stakeholders — accounting services of Ukrainian and Foreign legal entities, corporate accounting (according to IFRS), tax accounting, payroll accruals, electronic doc-flow (for internal and external counterparts). SoftServe is certified to the ISO9001 and ISO 27 001, so all development and operational processes are aligned with international standards and approaches.

Main Responsibilities:

To provide support in Ukrainian accounting area (including related areas such as tax reporting), developing and improving new directions — electronic document flow and implement payroll accrual system (according to corporate rules and policies).

About Team:

The Team consists of Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, Support, Software, and Quality Engineers. All operational activities related to IT infrastructure and DB-administrating are being provided by DevOps Engineers.


Hard skills —

  • Work with User Support for at least 2 years
  • Strong knowledge of 1C programming (experience 3+ years): understanding of 1C architecture; building new systems and subsystems; integrations to other systems (1C and different from 1C DB’s as well)
  • Understanding of web services technology (SOAP and REST) and practical experience for building integrations
  • Strong knowledge of Ukrainian accounting and tax accounting (producing services, fixed assets accounting, payroll accruals, sales/procurements operational, taxes legislation and supporting tax activities)
  • General understanding of SQL

Soft skills —

  • Intermediate English (writing and speaking)
  • Work as a team player
  • Agile framework
  • Understanding of SDLC
  • Responsibilities and working with due dates
  • Ability to multi-task with multiple priorities and time frames
  • Ability to communicate with Client

As a Plus:

  • Java
  • Understanding what is «enterprise service bus» (ESB) and general principles of work
  • Experience in working with tracking systems (VersionOne, Jira)
