DataArt is engaged in software development and IT consulting. More than 2900 of DataArt’s specialists are working in 22 development and sales centers around the world. We are looking for a specialist to work on promoting the DataArt internship programs in Kherson. The specialist will participate in organizing and developing internship programs, coordinating courses (coordinating schedules with curators, tracking student attendance and academic performance), and interacting with participants during all stages of the internship programs.


  • Promotion of internship programs in IT
  • Search for candidates for the programs
  • Conducting initial HR interviews with participants
  • Onboarding
  • Organization of lectures, seminars
  • Active interactions with participants during all stages of internship programs

Required Skills and Experience

  • HR experience
  • Understanding of IT (terminology, basic knowledge of software development)
  • Primary skills in selecting candidates for technical vacancies
  • Ability to work effectively in multitasking with large amounts of information
  • Presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good spoken English

Additional Competencies

  • Experience in organizing and conducting events
  • Experience with CRM systems
