Опис вакансії

Our client is an international manufacturer of industrial equipment with more than 140 years of history in search of a sales manager.

Reports to: Country manager

Number of direct subordinates: 5 employees

Work duties:

  • To lead and develop the capital equipment sales organizational structure for Industrial Air in according to market needs, territory management and new products development in the region.
  • Ensuring achieving the yearly goals in sales, revenue and profit and other objectives agreed with the Country manager and responsible Division
  • Secure continuous performance improvement at all processes within Industrial Air sales department
  • Continuous monitoring of equipment sales result and taking appropriate corrective actions if necessary.
  • Constant market share increase through strengthened of presence and team' competence development; regular market share follow up and take corrective actions where needed.
  • Develop strong support to «People Care», i.e. training and competence development of personnel, including yearly appraisals and follow-up. Develop and support a spirit of open communication, fairness and respect for the individual in all areas of operation.
  • Ensuring solid relationships with end customers within direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Recognizing, understanding and creating of customer needs in the local market as well as following up on competitor’s activities.
  • Achieving customer satisfaction by attaining specific strategic targets: use of product ratio, contract development, and new product introduction.
  • Interact with other departments in a constructive, productive and unselfish way that supports the development of synergies and the consolidated result of the Company
  • To support and promote the Group’s Core Values: Interaction, Commitment and Innovation.
  • Follow the company policies following The Way We Do Things, including the Business Code of Practice.


  • Experience as a sales team leader; Ability to develop people in the team
  • Sales experience at industrial market not less than 3 years
  • Proven Commercial and business awareness with strong customer focus.
  • Experience with thematic trainings and presentations providing
  • Basic knowledge of financial statements
  • Sales orientated person
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build strong and effective working relations with customers and colleagues
  • Reliability and maximal working energy.
  • Strong team player
  • Pro-active in looping for efficiency improvements and result oriented
  • Excellent Planning and organizing skills.
  • have good PC/IT knowledge and are capable of coordination and implementation of new IT systems.
  • Ability to travel (within Ukraine and abroad) not less 80% of work time.
  • Valid driving license," B" category
  • University degree (technical education/ degree in engineering is preferable)
  • Upper intermediate English

Traveling: 70%-80% of the working time to be spent outside form office
