Digital and Event Marketing Manager

Опис вакансії

This role is responsible for digital marketing activities, ABM targeting, automation, and lead management. This role will also involve marketing event coordination.

Primarily office-based with a close, friendly team and options to work from home occasionally at the manager’s discretion. Colleagues will be based in worldwide locations, including UK, Ukraine, Malaysia and US, with primary communication written and spoken in English. There may be opportunities to travel to events or office locations from time to time.


The initial 6-month term, Full-Time contract. Potential of permanent role following business review.


  • Coordination and use of automated marketing activities using software platforms that manage email drip campaigns, landing pages, webinars, etc
  • Close working with Sales Managers and SDRs to check-in on campaign success and adapt activities accordingly
  • Organizing regular reviews of ABM Profiles with salespeople where prospect persona targeting applies
  • Collaboration with the Content and Webmaster team to ensure required campaign resources are coordinated
  • Helping manage OnApp’s B2B social media channels
  • Working with Sales, Pre-sales, Account Management and Senior Management teams to plan and execute physical and virtual/online events
  • Managing event organizers and related suppliers to plan and execute events
  • Working with advertisers and SEO partners
  • Regular team and management reviews to prioritize targeting of markets and encourage collaboration.

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience managing internal or external company events and their suppliers.
  • Public Domain social/online/press research of target companies and individuals.
  • Understanding of European data protection and privacy, related to marketing activities.
  • Use of B2B Social Media and SM Management tools.
  • Good communication and team working skills.
  • Understanding of business organizations and corporate structures
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools, like Marketo.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, like SalesForce.
