Titan Machinery owns and operates a network of full-service agriculture and construction equipment dealerships in the United States and Europe. Our primary new equipment manufacturer partner is the CNHi family of brands — including Case IH, Case Construction, New Holland Agriculture, and New Holland Construction.

TITAN MACHINERY UKRAINE is an official distributor of the Case IH agricultural equipment.

Titan Machinery Ukraine has an immediate requirement for a Procurement Controller to join our team.


This role is instrumental in overseeing the Procurement function, ensuring the best quality contracts, products and services and acting as a mentor and role model for the team.

We are looking for a professional and detail oriented Procurement controller to join us in supporting our structures' staff.

  • primary point of contact between suppliers and the business
  • identifying potential supplier sources, screening and ranking them;
  • participate in the negotiating (terms, deadlines; ensure favorable payment terms)
  • monitor and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing
  • establish Purchase Order process to ensure proper control over purchases
  • identify preferred vendors for most important purchase areas
  • provide cost estimation, supplier and spend analysis services in support of the Finance team by

§ generating purchasing reports and statistics

§ developing and implementing controls to achieve business objectives

§ timely and accurate preparation and analysis of monthly / quarterly reports, annual budget (and outlooks)

§ KPI and performance tracking challenging the development against target, deriving action plans and follow up accordingly (monitoring supplier performance and ensuring contractual obligations are met)

§ following market indexes and trends that have an impact on the market price of a service/good

§ elaboration of optimization potential

  • preparing presentations, cost models, price comparisons, spend analysis and benchmark
  • identify and assess areas of business risk and monitoring of cost controls
  • communicating with our internal stakeholders and working closely with various corporate departments in English
  • ensuring continuous information flow and share of best practice by using and updating information on relevant platforms
  • close collaboration with the Finance team to ensure continues improvement, and harmonization (and digitalization of reporting)

Our requirements:

  • excellent MS Office skills, above all in Excel (advanced level)
  • high analytical and organizational skills
  • ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals
  • basic Procurement knowledge
  • independent way of working


  • excellent command of English
  • any other language is an advantage


  • university degree in business administration (or equivalent) with a specialization in Finance or Procurement/Supply Chain Management


  • 3 — 5 years' work experience in a similar area of business controlling


  • ability to work in a matrix organization and in a cross-functional team

  • good time management and quick perception
  • responsible and transparent way of working
  • readiness for travel (domestic)
