To date, our portfolio includes more than 100+ slots, table and instant games. Each of our games is a unique and exciting story, with cutting-edge graphic design and created with a mobile-first approach. Our company was the first to introduce a 3D/VR gambling game at ICE 2018, and created the first 3D RPG-inspired hack and slash slot in 2020. We have received numerous nominations at prestigious iGaming awards ceremonies (EGR's Awards, CasinoBeats, SBC Awards, etc.). What you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in employer brand/recruitment marketing with the ability to implement talent attraction
  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle creative project management with the ability to plan and execute on key marketing deliverables under tight timelines
  • Fluent English — both spoken and written
  • Experience in attracting technology talent is will be a plus
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to be a strong team player with a drive to create a collaborative, positive, and inclusive work environment
  • Highly developed social and communication skills
  • Ability to cope with a high-pace, complex and changing environment

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market
  • Define product strategies and road maps
  • Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified
  • Conduct competitive strategic analysis
  • Develop communication campaigns to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels.
  • Develop campaigns to build brand affinity and advocacy amongst employees
  • Create, uncover and articulate personal and inspirational employee stories to support the employer brand.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of recruitment/talent marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders
