Опис вакансії

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Drive sales and business development strategy through developing and leveraging constructive customer relationships and achieving sales and revenue goals
  • Continuously conduct research on strategically prioritized areas to proactively identify new business opportunities; conduct opportunity assessment and develop a structured plan on how to win those opportunities
  • Develop sales plans and budgets and lead the team to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Conduct meetings and negotiations with customers to present solution proposals and business fit to decision makers
  • Active search and implication of new customers to company’s portfolio
  • Commercial offers issue and contracts signing with a new customers
  • Effective support and consulting of the existing customers and portfolio growth
  • Performance of individual indicators; keeping monthly reports
  • Be able to implement and develop Marketing Strategies for the company

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education (logistic or marketing preferably)
  • Sales experience in Logistics sector and/or experience as logistics operations (minimum 3 years)
  • Work experience in an international company will be an advantage
  • Exceptional knowledge of freight forwarding business, its characteristics, customers, and competitors will be highly beneficial
  • Key understanding of sales strategy, sales process, and performance measurement
  • Ability, desire and strong skills to lead, manage and develop a Sales team
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation and negotiation skills
  • Minute attention to detail and ability to prioritize and to focus on multiple tasks in a high pressure environment
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills,
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in English verbal and written communication skills
