Candidate Requirements

• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Excellent command of Ukrainian
• Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Docs, and web-based tools
• Medical or pharmaceutical education is a great advantage. In the absence of a relevant background — willingness to learn medical terminology
• Personal qualities:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-organization and punctuality

  • Eagerness for continuous learning and self-improvement

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing patient visits
• Entering data into electronic clinical data capture systems
• Interacting with research physicians
• Managing study-related documentation
• Ensuring data is entered accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with study protocols
• Preparing documentation and reports in compliance with GCP standards
• Participating in data quality control procedures
